Q1. What do the Five almonds symbolise?
A1. The five almonds symbolise, Health, Wealth, Fertility Happiness and Long Life.
Q2. What is a wedding favour and why do we give them?
A2. It is an old tradition whereby favours are given to guests by the Bride and Groom as a keepsake and to
say thank you for celebrating their day with them.
Q3. Do I give Wedding Favours to the men?
A3. Yes, we have a fantastic range for the men, ranging from quirky to traditional.
Q4. I like many of your favours – could I order samples of the ones I like?
A4. Yes you can order samples from us and if you come back and place an order of 20 or more, we will
refund you the cost of the sample you purchased. Please note, your sample(s) will exclude confectionery
Q5. Do the Favours include confectionery?
A5. No they don’t – you will need to go into the ‘Confectionery’ page and choose the sweets of your choice.
We have a huge range on offer and have kept the confectionery at a very, very low price.
Q6. I like accessories on different favours – would you be able to incorporate both for me on my
design?
A6. As you can see, we have a vast range of Wedding Favours for you to choose from, however as we
appreciate that you may wish to change various accessories to meet your requirements which we are only

Q7. When should I order?
A7. Whenever you wish though it’s usually best to order 8 weeks before your event
Q8. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A8. Depending on what you have ordered, you should receive your item(s) approximately 14 working days
after the order has been placed. This is just a guide and there will be times where we can deliver a lot
quicker than stated.
Q9. I’m getting married in a couple of weeks – have I left it too late to order?
A9. No, but please contact us first to make sure we can complete your order on time.
Q10. How do I place my order online?
A10. We have tried to make ordering as easy as possible for you. Once you have found the item you require,
choose the colour or accessories from the dropdown boxes (if stated) and then click ‘buy it now’. This will
lead you to another page where you select the quantity, follow the instructions at the time of ordering - it’s as
easy as that.
Q11. I wish to pay by cheque – how do I do this?
A11. On the ‘Home’ page you will see a flashing box ’download order form here’ Double click on this, fill in
your details and post this to us with your cheque. Please note that we won’t be able to process your order
until the cheque has cleared.
Q12. Will you forward my personal details onto any third Party?
A12. Any information received to us is private and confidential and therefore will not be given to any third
party outside of this company.
