Chair Covers
1) During the period the goods are on hire, the hirer shall be solely responsible for insuring the goods from time of acceptance of
goods until return and acceptance of goods back into the possession of the owner. The hirer shall be fully responsible for any
damages or losses to the owners’ goods, and will reimburse the owner for replacement of the goods. Replacement of chair covers will
be charged at £25.00 each, organza table overlays at £15.00 each and runners at £10.00 each, sashes at £5.00 each and table
swags at £10.00 per swag. These charges will be taken from the refundable deposit if required.
3) The owner can offer recommendations regarding sizes and colours of fabrics and chair covers to be used, however the owner
accepts no responsibility if such items are not suitable or to the hirers personal taste. If in doubt the hirer must request samples.
4) Goods must be ready and available for collection as agreed. Any aborted deliveries/collections will be charged @ £25.00 per time.
5) Goods are for hire for a period as stated on the order, and the owner must be notified of any extension in the hire period
immediately and the hirer will be charged accordingly.
6) Cancellations notified to the owner will incur the following charges;- Cancellations in excess of six weeks prior to the event booking
20% of the order value. Cancellations under six weeks and over 2 weeks prior to the event will be charged at 50% of the order value.
Cancellations under 2 weeks prior to the event will be charged at 100% of the order value.
7) Celebration Moments will endeavour to supply the specific items requested, however reserves the right to substitute an
appropriate alternative where necessary.
8) A deposit of 20% of the total order value will be made at the time that the booking is accepted by both parties. 6 weeks prior to the
event you will be required to pay 90% of the total booking. The additional 10% will be refunded on return to the owner of their goods
in a satisfactory condition.
9) Full payment must be received in cleared funds six weeks prior to the event booking. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation
of the order. Cancellation charges will also apply.
10) Celebration Moments will make every effort to deliver and collect at the times/dates specified in the event booking, however will
not accept liability if times/ dates cannot be complied with, due to conditions beyond their control.
11) It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure that the venue is ready and available at the times stated in the event booking. Any delays
can result in further charges or abandonment.
12) Additional charges may apply for travel expenses depending on the location of the venue; this will be quoted and charged at the
time of order.
13) Celebration Moments reserves the right to photograph the venue before and after dressing to use in advertising in all media.
14) Celebration Moments reserves the right to amend prices, promotional offers and alter terms and conditions without limitations or
notice.
15) Any amendments by the hirer after submitting the Booking Form (excluding relating to guest numbers) will require the express
agreement from Celebration Moments. Changes to the hirers’ specification/ requirements could result in additional charges and/or
may invalidate your booking.
16) Some images on the website are for illustration purposes only and may not necessarily be examples of work by Celebration
Moments.

HIRING OF GOODS
1. All hired goods are and remain the property of Celebration Moments.
2. The hire period shall be the event date stated and collection is made on the same day or next day.
3. The Hirer shall be solely responsible for the hired goods and shall be responsible for insuring the goods from time of
installation/acceptance until return and acceptance of goods back into the possession of the owner.
4. The Owner, Celebration Moments shall not be responsible for injury or damage to persons or property sustained arising from any
hired goods.
5. In the event of a cancelled booking, a cancellation charge will be levied by the Owner, at 20% of the total value of the order.
Cancelled bookings with less than 4 weeks before the Hire Period will require full payment.
6. A non refundable 20% deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposit must be sent back with the completed booking form and
Terms & Conditions.
7.A holding deposit of £100.00 is required with the final payment due 6 weeks before the event.
8. A refundable deposit is returned to the hirer when all hired goods are received in satisfactory condition.
9. Full payment for all hired goods is required 6 weeks before the hire period. The hirer is responsible for ensuring that all payments
have been received by the owner.
10. Shortages and damages to hired goods - On collection, if any of the hired goods are missing or damaged, then the owner will
send a replacement invoice to the hirer, and the amount deducted from holding deposit.
11.If the owner finds permanent damage through mistreatment being caused to hired goods for example rips, cigarette burns, candle
wax, excessive food and drink stains etc. Replacement charges for all hired goods are available upon request by the hirer.
Replacement invoices will be issued within 12 days after the hire period.
13. Celebration Moments reserves the right to photograph the venue before and after dressing to use in advertising in all media.
14. Celebration moments reserves the right to amend prices, promotional offers and alter terms and conditions without limitations or
notice.

Fresh Flowers -Terms and Conditions
Weddings
When a wedding date is booked a 20% deposit of the final bill is required. If, for any reason you decide to cancel your wedding this
deposit is non - refundable. If you decide to postpone your wedding we will hold your deposit until your wedding goes ahead. The
20% deposit is subtracted from your final wedding bill.
Once your wedding date is booked with us you should book a further consultation with our floral artist approximately six weeks before
your wedding. This is to finalise the flower content, and number of arrangements / buttonholes etc.
We order your wedding flowers approximately ten days before your wedding date, dependent on type of flower chosen, therefore no
changes can be made after this date. We will, however be able to make small changes e.g. numbers of buttonholes / corsages.
A quotation for the cost of your wedding flowers will be sent out to you after your initial consultation with our floral artist. This is only a
guide price and may be subject to change due to the market cost of the flowers at the time of ordering and due to any changes you
make nearer to the wedding day. A final cost for your wedding flowers will be sent out to you after your final consultation with our
floral artist.
We require a signature when you receive your flowers to say that they have arrived in perfect condition and that the number of items
are correct. Any queries must be raised within 1 hour of delivery.
Availability of fresh flowers
As fresh flowers are a living product there are occasions that a particular flower may be unavailable. Whilst every effort is made to
source the product sometimes we are physically unable to use a particular flower. All fresh flowers are subject to availability and
stringent quality checks. Celebration Moments reserves the right to use a similar flower in place of the previously chosen flower.
Hired Items

Final payments
Weddings - Final payment is due 6 weeks before the wedding. Celebration Moments reserves the right to cancel any wedding
flowers, if payment is not made by the due date. We are not obliged to offer any compensation for inconvenience caused.
Funerals and other occasions
Payment is due at the time of ordering.
Contract
A binding contract will be entered into upon receipt of deposit.
All products remain the property of Celebration Moments until paid for in full.
Cancel contract by you
If you cancel your contract with Celebration Moments, your deposit is non-refundable.
Photographs
Celebration Moments reserves the right to photograph the venue before and after dressing to use in advertising in all media.
A non refundable 20% deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposit must be sent back with the completed booking form and

When you place an order with us or make an online inquiry, we gather certain information which you submit. This includes an

BALLOON DECORATIONS AND DELIVERIES – Terms and conditions
1. Any amendment to a balloon decoration/delivery must be notified to us in writing within the stated time agreed. Late notification
may result in the changes required not being carried out. We will not be held liable because of this.
2. Balloon decoration/delivery is purely for decorative purposes only, we are not liable for any misuse of balloons.
3. We are not liable for any discrepancies or damage caused by balloons once decoration/delivery is completed.
4. We reserve the right to refuse to decorate/deliver if on the date of supply use of helium or attachments to walls or ceilings is
required by us, but is disallowed by the venue, therefore this will be classified as a cancellation.
5. We are not liable for any de rigging of a balloon decor or collection of equipment unless stated otherwise.
6. We reserve the right to refuse full or part of a balloon decoration if on the day of supply stated requirements are not met, i.e. use
of ladders/tables not laid. Therefore this will be classified as a full or part cancellation.
7. We will not be held liable in the case of fire caused by the use of candles used in centre pieces, by ribbons being caught alight.
Nor will we be held liable for the spillage of candle wax onto carpets/soft furnishings etc
8. We reserve the right to leave any balloon decoration/delivery address if there is no access available at the time stated, therefore
this will be classified as a cancellation.
9. We reserve the right to take photographs of all our balloon decorations/deliveries to be used as a form of advertisement for
future occasions.
10.All children under 12 years of age must be supervised when using balloons/ favours for whatever purpose. We will not be held
liable for accidents of injuries occurred by the use of our balloons/favours supplied.
11. There may be on occasions slight discolouration to some of our products. This is unfortunately a manufacturing fault and we will
not be held liable because of this/nor give refunds for this purpose.
HIRING OF EQUIPMENT
1. All hired equipment remains the property of Celebration Moments and we reserve the right to take back the equipment at any
time if a contract is broken.

PAYMENT TERMS
1. 20% deposit confirms all orders unless stated otherwise.
2. Full payment is required 6 weeks before your event.
3. Payments by cheque shall be deemed not to have been made, until cleared funds for the full amount required have been
received by us. Chqs made payable to Celebration Moments
4. Overdue payments may be classified as a cancellation at the managers discretion and therefore all deposit Monies paid to us will
be non refundable.
5. Cancellations will result in loss of any deposit monies paid. Cancelled orders with late written notice may result in payment to be
made in full.
6. Holding deposits on equipment will be withheld until additional monies owed have been paid, due to equipment being returned
damaged or past a specified time or date. Holding deposits vary depending on item(s)hired
HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDE
1. Helium gas is not poisonous, be advised that it is not recommended for human consumption
